Temiloluwa Bolawole, popularly known as “THATPOET,” is a spoken word poet, peace and environmental sustainability advocate, and youth leader. He is a member of the UNICEF Generation Unlimited Nigeria Young People’s Action Team (YPAT) and a Lagos State Youth Ambassador appointed by the Lagos State Ministry of Youth and Social Development. He is also the Founder of “The Peace Scholars,” an organization dedicated to the promotion of universal positive peace through peace education, peacebuilding initiatives, and media.

Temiloluwa has graced several national and international stages, including representing Nigeria and UNICEF Generation Unlimited as a delegate to the 4th Annual West Africa and Sahel Youth Forum in Dakar, Senegal. He has been featured in the UNOWAS Magazine as a Youth Voice for Peace in West Africa and the Sahel. He uses his poetry to craft compelling advocacy stories, tackling issues that disrupt peace at all levels, and inspires poets, creatives, and youth to use their craft for peace and sustainable development. He was a delegate at the Leap Africa Youth Leadership Development Program in 2023, received the Outstanding Negotiator Award at the Africa Young Diplomats Forum in 2025, and holds a Public Speaking Certification from the LASU Debate Society. His expertise spans communications, governance, and peace education.
