The Boys to Men Summit is the annual convening of Boys Champions. It brings boys, parents, educators, mentors, policymakers, and community leaders together to confront the pressures boys are growing up under and to build healthier models of masculinity, responsibility, and leadership.

An annual platform for learning, visibility, and change
Held around the International Day of the Boy Child, the Boys to Men Summit is one of the clearest public expressions of the Boys to Men programme. It creates space for direct conversations on masculinity, mental health, relationships, digital culture, violence prevention, and responsibility. It also moves these conversations beyond private concern into public learning, school practice, and policy attention.
Why this Summit matters
The Summit exists to answer one clear question: how do we raise boys with the values, discipline, emotional grounding, and accountability needed for healthier families, safer schools, and a more equal society?
It brings policymakers and institutional actors into the room to advance practical conversations on what boys need and how schools, families, and systems should respond. It also brings parents and educators together to share better ways of raising boys in a digital age shaped by pressure, silence, harmful influence, and emotional disconnection.

A stage for our Champions to show what they have learned
The Summit is also a public platform for Boys Champions participants to present what they have learned through the Boys to Men programme. Through presentations, performances, leadership moments, and peer engagement, boys demonstrate growth in confidence, communication, emotional awareness, and purpose.
The Summit begins before Summit day
Build-up activities leading to the Summit include leagues and sports competitions across participating schools. These activities strengthen peer identity, teamwork, discipline, and positive rivalry while keeping boys engaged in the values the programme is trying to reinforce
Recognising boys, schools, and partners who lead well
The Summit is also an award platform. It recognises boys, schools, and partners who have shown strong commitment, growth, discipline, and leadership. Recognition matters because it reinforces the behaviours and values the work is trying to build.
Boys are also challenged to think, create, and build
Innovation is part of the Summit. Boys are encouraged to think critically, solve problems, develop ideas, and imagine better futures for themselves and their communities. This keeps the Summit from becoming only a conversation space. It remains a place where ideas, growth, visibility, and recognition come together.
Part of a larger programme, not a one-day event
The Boys to Men Summit is not a stand-alone event. It strengthens the wider Boys to Men programme by reinforcing learning, expanding exposure, building public visibility, and connecting boys to the people and institutions that shape what comes next.
What comes out of the Summit
The Boys to Men Summit is not only a place for conversation. It also produces commitments, recommendations, and practical follow-through.
Each Summit is used to push the work beyond visibility into action. Schools make commitments to strengthen trauma-informed practice and improve mental health support for boys in their learning environments. The Summit also helps shape policy recommendations that Boys Champions shares with local, state, and federal government actors to strengthen how boys are supported across schools, communities, and public systems.
Over time, this has made the Summit more than an annual gathering. It has become a platform for public commitments, institutional response, and practical steps toward raising boys differently.
