Vision2030

Our Vision2030

By 2030, Boys Champions will be the leading organisation in West Africa engaging boys and men for gender equality. We will operate across all Nigerian states and expand into five additional African countries, guided by research that drives continent-wide policy on masculinity. Our network of 10,000 DearMen Fellows will carry the work into communities we cannot reach directly.

Our Five Commitments in Nigeria

Scale

How we are Creating Change

Each year, Boys Champions is scaling toward reaching tens of thousands of boys directly, while CHAMP AI is designed to reach hundreds of thousands more across Nigeria and beyond

Our DearMen Fellowship is building a national network of male allies who carry this work into communities we cannot reach directly.

Through advocacy, we are embedding gender-transformative approaches into schools, institutions, and public systems, ensuring long-term change.

GET INVOLVED

You can help raise a generation of boys who lead with empathy, redefine masculinity, and build safer communities for all. There are several ways to support our work

Fund Our Work

Every boy who goes through a Boys Champions programme is a boy who has been given an alternative story about who he can become. Your donation funds that story, the facilitator who tells it, the school that opens its doors, and the helpline that answers at 2 am when a boy does not know where else to turn.
